The major population of India is youth. Eradication of unemployment and efforts to improve employability through up-skilling and training should begin with the young aspiring minds.
The young mind is, was, and will continue to be the pillars for the global transformation, and consistent efforts to implement the complete eradication of unemployment can help the society to move from Developing to Developed status.

4.Providing education and awareness to raise self-confidence and self-esteem through counselling and training programmes, to empower them of being self-reliant, Productive & Progressive.
